Fire is one of the biggest risks to any business, and our package ensures that your fire alarm is connected to a receiver monitored at our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). If the fire alarm is activated, a pre-agreed process is initiated. Since all our packages include keyholding and alarm response, our trained officers will be promptly deployed to assess the situation. If necessary, they will alert the emergency services immediately.

We provide 24/7 alarm monitoring and keyholder response, transferring your existing system to our advanced Securitas Operation Centre (SOC). With the takeover, our expert engineers conduct thorough inspections, ensuring your security system meets EN50131 standards and NSI/SSAIB certifications.
Regular maintenance is critical for the optimal performance of your security solution, which is why we offer preventative maintenance visits to uphold performance. Furthermore, this maintenance package includes a complete system check, a Securitas live external siren, a decoy external siren, a signalling device with a power supply unit, and two maintenance checks per annum.
