We understand that every project is unique. Assigning a Security Project Manager

Depending on the size of the security / fire safety project and complexity of installation, Securitas will allocate a Project Manager based from our nearest office to site.

Working closely with our project and design team, your Project Manager will act as the point of liaison between yourself and our Engineers to ensure that Securitas delivers what you require, when you require it.

They will also work to ensure that all dependencies and enabling works are clearly identified pre-commencement to mitigate any supply chain risk. All stakeholders need to have a clear line of communication up and down the chain and regular communication to keep on programme and on track.

Our Project Managers are familiar with and utilise Prince2 procedures. Based on our experience of similar projects, we will include the appropriate level of management to execute the works in line with all important construction management, M&E and CDM regulations throughout all project phases.

 

 

Focused on Health and Safety

We place great emphasis on risk, which plays a big part in the successful operation of all our projects to ensure the health and safety of all employees, visitors and the general public. To this end, we will endeavour to create and develop a working environment in which there is an awareness of the vital importance of Health and Safety and which encourages all employees to participate in developing and practising safe methods, always considering the welfare of themselves and others.

Our team will carry out Health and Safety and Risk Assessments on a regular basis. We will ensure this includes toolbox talks and regular assessments of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided to the site engineers, with change or upgrade when needed. A defined set of Risk and Method Statements (RAMS) will be produced for the site at the initial project meetings, with the aim of minimising disruption to your organisation’s premises, infrastructure and daily operations.
