    As a Relief Security Officer, you will provide security coverage, stepping in to cover shifts when required. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to work in different environments, ensuring the highest security standards are met at all times.

    • 🏒 Site Security: Maintain a strong security presence at different locations, ensuring premises, staff, and assets remain protected.

    • πŸ•΅οΈ Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and prevent unauthorized access.

    • πŸšͺ Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, check identification, and enforce security procedures.

    • πŸ”₯ Incident Response: React promptly to security breaches, medical emergencies, fire alarms, and suspicious activities.

    • πŸ“œ Incident Reporting: Document and report any security concerns, threats, or breaches in line with company procedures.

    • πŸ”§ Equipment & Alarm Monitoring: Perform routine checks on security equipment and monitor alarms to ensure functionality.

    • πŸ‘₯ Stakeholder Interaction: Assist staff, visitors, and contractors by providing directions and ensuring adherence to security policies.

    Qualifications

    πŸ”§ What We’re Looking For:

    • πŸ›‘ Must be willing and able to obtain SC Clearance

    • πŸ” Valid SIA Licence (essential)

    • πŸ” Experience in security roles

    • πŸ’¬ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    • βœ… Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure

    • πŸ”„ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends

    • πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Must be a British citizen by birth or have held a British passport for a minimum of 5 years
